Individual Counseling Session          $100

Extended Individual Counseling Session          $145+

I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, and United Healthcare.  
I can also supply you with an invoice for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement of Out-Of-Network benefits.   

Payment may be made in the form of cash, personal check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or PayPal.  

It is expected that payment be made in full at the time of our session.
